Browsing the website

You do not need a site account or a game account to read our information. The site does not provide advertising or game-account linking.

Cloudflare delivers the website and its images. When requests reach its network, Cloudflare processes network information needed to provide the service, which may include IP addresses and request or traffic information. This supports content delivery, service operation and network security. Cloudflare Web Analytics and optional Google Analytics are described separately below. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Site search helps you find information. We do not send your original search text, email address or other entered content to Google Analytics, or use email contents as analytics events. Network requests may contain the address being requested; excluding search text from analytics does not mean that network services process no request information.

Local preferences and navigation

Your device stores your manually chosen reading language. During a browsing session, the site also remembers list filters so you can return from a detail page to the same results. These records are not linked to a game account or synchronised across devices.

You can change the language in the header or clear this site's data in your browser. Language and analytics preferences have no fixed expiry; session navigation records belong to the current browser session. We request a new analytics choice for this launch; old preview choices are not reused.

Usage analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on aniimowiki.org through Cloudflare's automatic setup. It uses a JavaScript beacon to provide aggregated page-view, visit and page-performance information. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first, without cookies and without collecting or using visitors' personal data. It operates independently of the Google Analytics choice below. Google Analytics 4 is optional. Until you choose Allow analytics, we do not load its script or send requests to Google Analytics. Rejecting analytics does not restrict any wiki feature and does not disable the cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics described above. You can reopen Analytics preferences in the footer at any time; rejecting after acceptance stops Google Analytics collection, removes our GA cookies and reloads the page.

After acceptance, GA4 measures page visits, sessions and basic engagement, together with approximate location and browser/device information. We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses and send only the origin of external referring sites. Automatic site-search, form, outbound-click and other enhanced measurement features are disabled. We do not enable advertising links, Google Signals or advertising personalisation. GA cookies (_ga and _ga_*) distinguish browsers and sessions. We configure their lifetime to 60 days without extending it on each visit. User-level and event-level data retention is set to two months, without resetting for new activity; this does not limit standard aggregated reports to two months. Access is limited to the maintainer and people they explicitly authorise.

Search Console and search-engine webmaster tools report search visibility and crawling separately; they do not add a visitor tracking script to this website. Essential Cloudflare delivery and security processing is described above.

Contact emails

When you email us, we receive your sender address, message, any attachments you provide and related email information. We use this to respond to enquiries, check corrections, and handle privacy or asset-use requests.

Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to the public contact address to a Gmail mailbox used by the maintainer. Cloudflare and Google therefore participate in mail delivery and mailbox processing respectively. Email forwarding information · Google Privacy Policy

Messages are not automatically published and do not automatically change site information. We use public evidence and relevant issue descriptions when checking information; personal contact details, signatures and unrelated attachments should not enter public correction records. Please send only what is needed to handle your request.

We retain contact messages and attachments for as long as needed to handle the purposes described above, and periodically remove information that is no longer needed. Information still needed for an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation may be retained for that purpose.

Service providers and external links

Cloudflare and Google provide the network, email or analytics services described above. Processing may take place outside your country or region; the relevant services and their applicable terms describe those practices. Google's privacy policy explains its international processing.

When you follow an official-site link, source link or other external link, the destination site's privacy information applies. Linking to another site does not mean that we control its processing of information.

Privacy requests and notice updates

You can use the public contact address to ask about processing or request access, correction or deletion. We handle requests according to their circumstances and applicable law, asking only for information needed to verify a request where necessary. Applicable law may also give you other rights or a right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.

We update this notice when the site's processing changes materially. New or expanded optional analytics purposes will be accompanied by an appropriate new choice.
