To report an error or a website problem, email [email protected]. You can also use this address for privacy questions and concerns about asset use.

Help us locate the issue

Please include, where possible:

  1. The page URL: copy the full address of the affected page.
  2. The object and location: identify the Aniimo, form, ability or article section, and whether you were reading English or Chinese.
  3. The problem: explain what the page currently says and what you think should change.
  4. Supporting information: link an official announcement or other relevant material, or include a useful game screenshot. If you know the game version, server or platform, include that too.

For a button that does not work, a display problem or a missing image, describe the steps you took, your device and browser, and what happened. You do not need to diagnose the technical cause.

Keep screenshots focused on the issue. Hide unrelated personal information such as email addresses, account identifiers and chat messages. Do not send passwords, verification codes or login credentials.

What happens to a report

The maintainer reads feedback and checks the relevant information or website behaviour. We may ask for more detail where needed. Confirmed corrections then follow the site's update process; submitting a report does not automatically change a dex entry or guide.

We do not provide live support or promise a fixed response or repair time. To add information about the same issue, reply in the original email conversation so that its context stays together.

Official game support

We cannot recover game accounts, refund game purchases, review bans or issue in-game rewards. Contact the official support channel provided in the game or on the game's website for those requests.

Privacy and asset enquiries

For questions about personal information in your correspondence, a privacy request or an asset concern, put “Privacy” or “Asset use” in the subject and explain the affected material and your request. Do not provide unrelated identity documents simply to submit an enquiry.
